Reefinity Shop, we sell digital products, software, subscriptions, and virtual services. Due to the nature of these products, all sales are final. Please read our refund and exchange terms carefully before making a purchase.
All products listed on Reefinity Shop are non-refundable once the order is delivered, activated, or accessed. This includes (but is not limited to) Leads/Data, VoIP packages, Dialer setups, Hosted PBX, CRM tools, Software licenses, API integrations, Email/Domain setups, and Technical Support services.
A refund or replacement may only be issued if: The product was not delivered within the committed delivery time. The product is materially different from the description provided on the product page. A technical issue from our side makes the product completely unusable, and we are unable to fix it within 3 working days of notification.
All Leads/Data products are sold “as-is” with the criteria mentioned on the product page. We do not guarantee conversion rates, sales results, or campaign performance. Refunds will not be issued for data quality variations unless the delivered data is completely unrelated to the purchased criteria.
Monthly subscriptions (VoIP, CRM, Hosted PBX, Monitoring Tools, etc.) are non-refundable once activated, even if unused. Subscription cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Services like VICIdial setup, WhatsApp API integration, Company Domain/Email setup, and Technical Support retainers are non-refundable once work has commenced.
Exchanges may be allowed only for equivalent-value products if agreed upon in writing by our support team, and only if the request is made before delivery/activation.
